Grizzly Peak Blvd, Berkeley: ductless ceiling cassettes for a hillside home
Two Mitsubishi one-way ceiling cassettes on a 24k multi-zone heat pump for the living room and primary bedroom of a Berkeley hills home, with lines run through the attic.
The owners of this Grizzly Peak home wanted cooling and efficient heat in the living room and primary bedroom without wall-mounted units. We installed two Mitsubishi one-way ceiling cassettes on a 24k multi-zone outdoor unit and ran the refrigerant, condensate and control wiring through the attic. The existing gas furnace stays in place for the rest of the house.
