3rdGen's Role
3rdGen provided installation for the residential HVAC scope, including six Fujitsu indoor wall units, two outdoor units, refrigerant routing, equipment mounting, and field coordination with VRGC Inc. The work required practical equipment placement in an existing Berkeley home, with outdoor units mounted on side-wall brackets to fit the site conditions and preserve usable exterior space.
Outcome
The six-zone Fujitsu ductless system was installed, permitted, inspected, and completed in June 2023 as part of the home’s remodel-for-sale scope. The finished system gave the remodeled home zoned heating and cooling without requiring a conventional ducted retrofit.
