Two Mitsubishi ductless systems for an Oakland home: four one-way ceiling cassettes upstairs on a 36k multi-zone unit, and a 24k single-zone wall unit downstairs.
This Oakland home needed heating and cooling on two floors with no ductwork. Upstairs, three bedrooms and the living room each got a Mitsubishi one-way ceiling cassette on a 36k multi-zone outdoor unit. Downstairs, a single 24k wall-mounted unit on its own outdoor unit covers the open space. Splitting the floors onto two systems keeps each one closer to its real load.
