Miner Rd, Orinda: concealed ducted multi-zone heat pump

A Mitsubishi 36k multi-zone heat pump with three ceiling-concealed ducted units, sheet-metal and flex distribution and architectural grilles, built with the general contractor.

On this Orinda project the design called for no visible indoor equipment. We used a Mitsubishi 36k multi-zone heat pump with a branch header and three medium-static ceiling-concealed ducted units (6k, 12k and 15k), each with a filter box and its own control. Air is delivered through sheet-metal and flex ducts to architectural grilles chosen with the general contractor.
